Trial users and prospects: email hello@simrelay.io and we'll route you. Mention what you're evaluating — that helps us answer the question that matters.
Sales
For Enterprise plans, custom contracts, regulated industries, or volumes above the published plans: send us a sales inquiry and we'll schedule a call if it makes sense. You can also email sales@simrelay.io if you prefer.
Security
If you've found a security issue: security@simrelay.io. PGP key on request. We acknowledge responsibly disclosed reports within two business days and won't take legal action against good-faith research that stays within the scope of our responsible-disclosure policy.
